Takeisha took care of me on this visit and she is beyond amazing! So very friendly and so knowledgeable. I had the best time with her and the other sale associates in the store. Jen was also very sweet and helpful. I shop at a lot of Pandora stores and find them all helpful and friendly, but so happy that I live the closest to this store, because it was such a wonderful shopping experience.

The store was under staffed but I saw that the 2 girls were providing great care to the other customers. Our lady, states she was the manager, was so incredibly sweet, knowledgeable & personable.

I forgot to buy the stopers for my bracelet, so I went back and they welcome me back with anticipation and with smiles. I told the associate that I need the stopers and she showed me several of them to choose. It was hard to choose they were all pretty but I came to a conclusion . The service was great.

The employees are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and courteous. However, the amount of time you have to wait to be helped (upon putting your name on a wait list) after entering the store, was almost an hour. I found that to be too long to stand around in a small area of people waiting to be called. Once you are helped, the employees are absolute dolls, and extremely prompt with taking care of you. I think bringing in more employees will result in a faster productive atmosphere, not to mention a little more relaxed environment for your present employees. All in all, I've been a Pandora customer for 10+ years now and will continue to be. Thank you to all who help make it a great experience overall.

Because I had a code where I completed a survey for $10 & it said the code was already use. I think yall are giving me the same code each time I take this survey. I would like a $10 refund on my last purchase.

My associate wasnt as knowledgeable as I would have liked to see. He could be new?A few of the pieces I wanted wasnt in store and I actually ordered one of them because I really wanted it 30 charm. So inventory needs to be better

Standing in line outside is inconvenient but I do understand why. I felt rushed to leave because there were people waiting in line outside.
