Pandora Jewelry

I came into the store to check out the new Marvel collection that had just been released. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable but certain charms in the collection were not done as well as I thought they were going to be and I was slightly surprised. The infinity stones charm (not the gauntlet) was adorable online but in person, the stones were so small that you could barely read the side engravings and they tended to hang in front of one another which was an annoyance. I ended up purchasing the ring instead. Overall, it likely would have been a better idea to make an individual charm for each infinity stone in the collection. I was also disappointed to see that spider man was not included in the collection given its popularity.

Chelsea was great! Only disappointment was the selection of chems in the store. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful in the store. I was even given some information about the jewelry clasps that I didn’t know about

The selection was minimal, I would like to see more items for sport moms. Especially basketball. Also would like to see boy mom selections and selections for educators

I HAD AVERY LONG WAIT, AND IWAS ALMOST TURNED AWAY ON ONE OF MY VISITS. ALSO BECAUSE OF THE TIME OF YEARS THER WAS LIMITED MERCHANDISE

Charms and bracelet that I wanted were not in stock, associate not sure when the new or replenished items will be in store.

The sales associate was great! Nothing was done fir this to be a highly satisfying experience!

I didn’t feel that I was giving very many options I was told of the one sale and that was my only option! I left feeling confused but I bought the sale one because I felt it was my only choice!

We bought a Pandora bangle bracelet 3 years ago and it broke. I asked if it could be fixed and was told the warranty was only for 1 year. I wanted to know if it could be fixed, I would pay to fix it, but was never answered if it could be repaired.
