As you cash out they tell you earrings are non returnable. I feel like an employee for Pandora could easily wipe and sterilize an earring. Just as Offices could sterilize instruments used on you. It’s a multi million dollar company. The return process has become ridiculous.

We had to return an item because the sales clerk selected a size too small for my charm bracelet. When I went home to put on the charms it didn't fit me and would not clasp. We live 30 miles from the store and had to return for a larger size. It was a 60-mile round trip.

The sales associate was so unfriendly. She gave me the impression she would rather be doing anything else, then show me jewelry. She seemed put off, when I asked to see something that she had to go out of her way for. She also told me I could not walk around store and look at displays, because of Covid. Not sure why , I had a mask on and she sprayed my hands with antibacterial spray upon entrance. I purchased but I was very reluctant because I was so puzzles with her behavior.

The store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly, shared new merchandise, and engaged in conversation.
