I had a birthday coupon that I wanted to us and neither it the associates could help assist me with help on using my coupon instead they told me to shop online and use it and talked about how they need to sign up for coupons and that they didn't get a birthday coupon for their birthday. Upon my checking out another customer walked in and they told her about the promotions they were having and that they had a coupon for her to use but didn't offer or tell me about that upon my entering into the store.

I bought 2 spacer charms for my necklace 0n line. The description of these were not as I expected. They were only for a bracelet which I was unaware of. I exchanged them at my local store. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return.

I never take my bracelets off, and my husband brought it into the store to purchase me a new Harry Potter charm. The sales associate couldn’t get a charm off the bracelet and said we would need to cut it open, so my husband purchased a new bracelet. As soon as he got home, I was able to remove and assemble the charms as I wanted. Personally, I felt like they were just trying to make a larger sale.

It's hard to give great feedback because it was the 1st opening during Getting our city back to normal after the pandemic. The store has always been good and I will continue using it and everyone's always been pleasant and helpful.

I had a long day at work and that staff was busy nobody was able to help me in efficient amount of time .

I could not find the charm that I was looking for and they did not have a nice variety of selection for birthdays charms

I brought a friend with me. We each bought a charm to go on our existing bracelets. The associate was going to bag our purchase without offering to add to our bracelets. Normally at the store I go to in Indy they clean and add the charm in the proper place.
