Unsure why I’m allowed to use my military discount of 10% at ANY other Pandora store but this location DENIED me and claimed it’s only during Veterans week which then it’s 25%. I’be invested a lot of money in Pandora and the reality is 10% covers the taxes so to deny me that was very disturbing. Then I went an extra mile and showed her how I was tagged on Facebook by Pandora CONFIRMING the military discount of 10% is valid anytime. She still refused and made no effort to call corporate or anyone.

I could not find a ring what I was looking for.

Size of the ring wasn’t available. One time when I visited in the past they didn’t have the right size length of the necklace.

I was satisfied because the sale help was very knowledgeable. The selection of merchandise was excellent .

Availability of charms and associates knowledge of when merchandise will be available

The ring I went in to get wasn’t even there and the associate didn’t even give me the chance to order it. Instead I was shown rings I didn’t even like.

Oops I hit an error. I didn’t don’t have my glasses I’m sorry. I had no issues with the store or my experience while shopping there.. The sales associates all assistant and were all extremely nice as as the store manager. We laugh about the rain and all the sales that were going on in Mall.
