Pandora Jewelry

My sister and I walked in, 3 sales person stood in a group talking and not one person asked if we needed any assistance. After 10 mins, I said, "Please don't you all rush over at once", and went and stood at the counter. Shortly, after they broke a part and asked "if someone had offered to help us".

Lack of item. Wanted 2, there was only one.

My Pandora’s were not cleaned and polished well. The associate who sold me the ring I bought didn’t polish the new ring. The ring was a showcase one and should’ve been polished.

Sales associate was not as friendly as on recent visits. She actually was rude by starting to help another customer while it was still my turn.

In every piece of Pandora jewelry I own, the crystals fall out. Yes, I can get them replaced but once the warranty runs out, I cannot. They are way to expensive to have this happen. Also, the colors turn brassy.

Because I had to wait 45 minutes to make a charm purchase - I knew what I wanted - it should have been a quick simple purchase - staff was very friendly and pleasant but there was too little staff for the amount of customers

Walked in and was not greeted. Only one associate made an attempt to ask if I needed help, let alone acknowledge me. Selection was minimal. Price paid for what I got is hardly comparable, very over priced. Looks cheap for amount of money I paid. I have never bought anything from Pandora let alone been into a store and after this visit I won’t be back.

It took a long time for someone to help me , also was told there was only one charm which was not true to find out there was 1 more and how do I know there could of been more ?

I dont think the quality of pandora jewlry is so great i have 3 bracelets n @45 charms in addition to earrings, necklace, and a ring. . I have had multiple problems and no success fixing the pieces. I only csme to the store 2 shop for a secret santa gift..
