The experience was going very well untill the end when the Assist Manger good me how to rate her and that if I gave a five rating she would get a gift from the company. That was a deal breaker for me. Nevertheless I stayed with my our purchase.

I was looking for 2 specific charms , neither of which were in the store. I was advised that they were expecting a shipment that afternoon and the charm would be part of the shipment, if I wanted to come back! I will say one of the charmed was retired which makes perfect sense as to why it was not readily available. The other “dram catcher “ was not in the store. I went for the free bracket promotion. I bought a charm and two clips. Although the dream charm was not available I was advised they could order it and call me when it came in !! I thought it was strange that I wasn’t offered for it to be shipped to me.

The lady that waited on us was rude. I had a gift card emailed to me and she talked to me like I was crazy when I showed it to her. She took my phone to look at it and when I tried to show her how she found that her location was a participant in accepting the gift card she turned her back on me with my phone in her hand. I wouldn't have purchased from her if there had been another participating store near me but there wasnt.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the amount of time that I spent waiting before being helped. While the two sales associates on the floor were assisting other customers, one of the associates had to go in the back to seek help from two other employees. In addition, there was a very limited selection of wedding charms. Out of the three charms that I wanted to purchase, there was only one available in the store.

I was looking for a specific charm I saw on line and the store did not have it.

The availability and selection of the size of ring I wear was limited. Also, many of the items we were looking for were not available.
