Did not have the bracelet in my size. Didn't have the charms I wanted. Will have to wait three weeks for bracelet.

The time it took to see an associate. They were with other customers at the time so it was more then understandable. I was helped when they were done with others.

The bracelet broke in lest then 24 hts. Upon returning it to the store the sales reo assumed I was mishandling the product. After she allowed ne to explain to her it broke without me touching it atvall she proceeds to tell me this is the second bracelet returned to this store this week in which this has happened, not a very positive experience for me as a new customer.

I think the jewelry is very pretty and I have several pieces from the store. I thought I would try a pair of earrings. Once I got home I was wondering why I would pay $100 for earrings that weren't even gold. I am not sure if I will keep them.

The associate can't even take a quick question from the customer. They ask everyone to be on the wait list even though you only have one quick question. Because I really just have one quick question, I ask it anyway. The associate did not look happy when I ask her the question. Fortunately, she did answer my question. For the waiting list, they don't tell you how long you will need to wait approximately. If you were not in the store when they call you, you will lost your turn. You can only stand somewhere in the store and wait. All the counter were occupied by customers and sale associates. You can't even browsing while you wait.

Didn't have all the charms I wanted They were all out of stock and when asked if they were cleaning bracelets they said not any more😕

Not enough sale associates. Even off season. Christmas madness I would have thought they would bring in more sales associates and their were only 4 with a waiting period of 1.5 hrs.
