Yes, it's Christmas shopping season. The limited number of "stylists" was disappointing. The product offering is obviously intended for women, thus being purchased by those that need to shop during the early evening. In my job this is called prime time. I personally witnessed several potential customers walk out after realizing the wait ahead.

Will return to store to have charm checked. Associate showed me how to use cleaning tool I purchased on my charm. Apparently she failed to properly close the charm and I realized the charmed was missing from my bracelet as I got ready for bed that night. I was frantic as the bracelet and charms were an early Christmas present from my daughter. I spent an agonizing 48 hours before locating the charm in my kitchen. Thank Goodness.

Advertised a free bangle bracelet with purchase of $100 or more. I spent $200, but was told store was out of bangles. Therefore I did not get the free bangle.

Employee was not as helpful as expeceted. Did not put additional charm on bracelet i purchased. I am a very frequent customer and understand its the holiday/ busy season. But i am used to receiving better customer service.

I was looking at rings and I wear the size 8.5 and you never have a full selection of the 8.5 rings. I have an option of looking through the book but I like to try my rings on before purchasing. This is why I usually buy my rings from Brighton and not Pandora.

There was a sign saying to check-in when I arrived if you wanted to speak with an associate, but there was no pen/pencil to sign in with. An associate saw me, came over to help only to have someone yell that someone else was next so she handed me the bracelet I had asked to see and then went to help the other person. It was just odd since I think walked around the store with the bracelet in hand waiting and wondering if someone else was going to be helped before me since there was no way to sign in. The other lady wasn't signed in either.
