Is the only store in my area

My daughter is a nursing student, and she wanted to get the student discount, but was denied because of incorrect information another associate told us. After I paid for the transaction, we were then told that she was able to get the discount. They gave us a 10% coupon to use on our next visit. I was a little disappointed, but I will continue to shop at the location, because I love Pandora.

The sales associate was rude when questioned about $15 jewelry cleaner that was in a packaged deal.

Waited in line a least 20-30 minutes. Other people pulled out of line behind me because “they knew what they wanted” ….?? No cleaning of jewelry during the holidays…understand prioritization of sales and services, but doesn’t give a great customer experience either

If asking for ID when making purchase ask everyone.

Just not enough product

There is consistent communication issues at this store when it comes to their customers. They aren’t considerate and their verbage is inappropriate.

Can your guys sell ear studs? It's the plug at the back that goes with the earrings. Because your ear studs are thicker than ordinary ones, once I lose the plug in the back, I can hardly find the right one to match your product. Although no one can see it behind my ears, as a relatively perfect and good brand, shouldn't pay more attention to details? If you don't care, I don't care if I buy this brand in the future too.

Mangers were all on sale floor some seen on phone others eating the clothes that the young lady had on look like club wear they had no one but me in store and everyone was everywhere but trying to help me make my purchase I’m happy with what I left With would have gotten more had more been available like a suicide awareness at special need children something different

Knowledge of the salesperson of the advertised merchandise. I chose to wear the item out of the store and was not provided the box for the ring. Initially she could not locate all the items available in the store.
