Pandora Jewelry

I frequently visit this pandora to shop for myself or with my friends and family. Every time I enter this store I am not greeted and the sales associates are rude and not helpful. I was being helped by Millie, and she flat out requested that I write her a good review when she was rude the entire time helping me. I would rather drive an hour to Orlando than visit this location again. There is always a negative start to conversations when talking with a sales associate about why I am there. Would NOT recommend this store.

They did not have the charm I was looking for ,nor did they have anything About the same subject

After I returned from the store I realized that the earring hooks (posts) are completely different one from another (one is bigger than the other) this store is 30 miles away and I need to drive there to exchange + the essence chain I also wanted to purchase was not @ stock

The store was crowed. I felt a little rushed in trying to make my decision. Because they wanted to help the next customer.

Sales person ruined Christmas surprise. No one was in store and refused to polish charm. Did not know how to use cleaning kit

I could be wrong but for the money that was spent a $5.00 cleaning cloth should have been offered, it was not.

Upon arrival i was ready and sure to buy merchandise. Instead my brother and i had to wait outside for longer than we wanted. There was only 1 woman which was a customer on the right, and a father with his two daughters on the left. Neither was buying anything at the moment. The father left without making a purchase. The woman was waiting on her partner for the whole time that we waited in line up until we were leaving. Basically guaranteed sales waited and almost left while shoppers inside purchased nothing. Assistance was ok not the best ive seen. I came to purchase 2 charms. Mom and nurse charms. The worker only showed maybe half of what was available. I had to ask was that the whole selection before she showed me the rest. This was aggravating because upon entering we were not welcome to browse. She asked what we needed and said she would get it. As if we couldn't freely browse the store. Also on more then 1 occasion the jewelry shown was more dull then shiny (just a dirty look). This lead to me of course not buying the dull appearing jewelry. None of the options shown to me had a price, leaving me lucky that im blessed to afford what i came for.
