I spent $170 and did not receive the free gift and I was told that if I ordered on line I wouldn’t get it either

I tried to purchase the bubble bee clip, which is available online and at other jewelers. Associated took my money tried to order was not able to place order, therefore I had to make a second trip to get a refund. I am able to purchase this exact piece through another jeweler! Not very good experience at the Pandora store!

Went to that store especially for the Daytona Beach flip flops charm and they no longer have or make. All of the other Daytona Beach charms were ugly!!!

The store didn’t have the color metal I desired in the styles I wanted nor did they have my size in stock. I waited a hour just to enter the store.

Purchased a bracelet for my girlfriend in January as a gift. She lost one of the ball ends and instead of purchasing the lost part, I had to purchase a whole new bracelet. I was not satisfied with my experience in the store today.

The sales associate asked for my ID upon returning and buying another item. I have shopped here prevously and never asked for ID. I have never seen anybody else asked for ID. I felt she was being racially discriminated.

Not enough sales clerks yet manager and assistant manger did not help customers. I’m a manager and when I see my employees I erwelmed I jump in. Neither one of them did. Not enough keys or iPads to Ck customers out. Sales girls kept taking them from each other. That was ridiculous. My wait was one hour not organized.

We waited an hour and a half to speak with someone. The ring we wanted was not available.

Went to store to purchase 2 items totaling $250. When asking about free bracelet offer, she simply replied "that was while supplies last". I asked about a rain check or substitute bracelet she said " no we don't do that". The clerks attitude was not helpful, pleasant nor cundusive of good customer service.

I ask slsprs maya m 189675 for the $65 bracelets and ask for the color rose gold she did tell me that bracelet was 200 didn’t not offer the thing that stops your charms from coming off 1200 you think she would offer she was more worried about making a sale then her customer yes I still purchased the bracelets because it was something I always wanted to do for my girls but I want the thing to stop our bracelets from coming off I want someone to reach out to me and send them my email is on file
