There wasn’t much of a selection. The sales associate said they didn’t have much in stock, it when I walked in I saw associates putting the trays away. She wasn’t very friendly and never offered the $50 off when you spend $100. By the time I realized about the sale, I had paid for my items.

Sales Associate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The price of the item in the case was not the same as the book and they did not honor it CASE SAID 55.00$ and the book she scan said 65.00 dollars that’s not good business will not go back

It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait in line to go into the store. Then you actually cannot shop due to hardly any merchandise AND someone hovering over you. I live in Florida we have MOVED ON from the scamdemic. It is time you do as well.

I was looking for red beads. Apparently Pandora has gotten away from colored beads. Pave beads no longer come in colors☹️.

The Salesperson Maya M was very helpful in picking out of gift for my sister which was sentimental.

I waited ten to fifteen minutes for someone to help me and then had to asked for assistance after awaiting. The sales clerk did not know her merchandise or the inventory. I couldn’t even get my bracelet cleaned! Not happy at all!

The sales associates were rude. Neither of them were very helpful or knowledgeable about the pick up that was there for me (even though I was contacted 1 hr earlier and advise my bracelet was available for pick up). The selection at this location is very lack luster. I will never EVER return.

I was given a price for two different bracelets and I went with the one that I was told was 125. I continued to shop and add charms. When I got to checkout the bracelet was 220 and they act like I was crazy but two different sales associates told me it was 125. My total was almost 500. I still bought it I just didn’t like the games. I felt like I was being tricked into buying something.

The sales associates are always very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I approached the door and I was waited on immediately. The only thing I don’t like about the store is that the prices are too high.
