The store never has the merchandise I like and was told I needed a Pandora credit card to get a Pandora catalog , thinking this store does a bait and switch . would like to know where other Pandora stores are I have purchased a lot of Pandora for the Women in my Family

I told the associate Takeria (which I only know because I looked the receipt) I was purchasing a bracelet and charms for my wife for the first time and did not really know much about what they had. She handed me a book that had store copy wrote across it and said look in here and stood there. I asked about certain charms she said nope sold out with out giving me other options. She used only the word ”Nope” to everything I asked as I stood there looking at the book while she just stood there. I asked if there was military discount her response was not today should’ve been here Veterans Day. I completely could’ve done self check out via computer I even was told here’s the computer fill out all your information. Which I did. If it was not Christmas Eve and i waited in line for an hour to get in store I would’ve not purchased from this store associate at all, but I had no choice. I would’ve asked for a manager but I did not want to hold the line up due to my associates attitude and lack of caring. Im thinking about returning all merchandise and buying at new location so the associate does not get credit for this. I was completely disgusted leaving that I actually spent money there

The sales associate was very rude. I don't know what it is that I did, but her entire attitude towards me made me fell like I was not welcome and she didn't want to help. At the end on the purchase I felt so insulted that I almost took back the merchandise. I will not visit a Pandora store again especially this one.

Sales Associates ignored me and serviced other customers who arrived after me. Finally after bringing the issue to the sales associates' attention, the Assistant Manager begrudgingly assisted me. I felt she only deigned to wait upon me and gave me the "bum's rush". This treatment is particularly disconcerting as I have been a regular customer who has spent well over $3000 on Pandora jewelry in less than a year. Consequently, I will never return to the Daytona Beach store in the Volusia Mall and am seriously reconsidering the purchase of future Pandora jewelry at any location!

I took my bracelet to be cleaned. It was returned to me with missing charms.

The sales associate seemed to busy to help my self and my Mother. There was one other customer in the store being helped by another sales associate. When we were approached we asked for a specific item that we came in to purchase. We also wanted to look at a few other pieces. We could not find the Disney minis that go in the pockets so we asked to see them. I chose the one I wanted, the one I came in for. My mother and I were looking at other things in the case and the sales associate just rang up the $20 item and never asked if we wanted to see anything else. She rushed us out the door and acted like us purchasing items was an incovience to her. I know that I asked for a specific inexpensive item in your store, however it was my birthday and my Mother was planning on buying me several pieces from your shop. I was so mad at the way we were being treated I looked at my Mom and said we can get that mini somewhere else. Let’s just go. My mom insisted on getting at least that item only because it was my birthday. I will continue to buy Pandora but not from this location. A sales associate should never assume that someone can not afford to shop in your store!
