My sales associate was AMAZING! She was patient and listened to my preferences and searched for charms. She located the PERFECT charm. I knew it was it when I saw it!

I had the opportunity to have Millicent as my lovely rep to help me find my wonderful jewelry. She did an amazing job helping me decide on what to get . Also before because I forgot to mention from my previous visit days before Amani was also an wonderful rep that helped me choose my perfect jewelry. The ladies at the store are amazing and make my visit great each time !

The annoying part was the wait. But I can’t complain due to COVID and the safety of guest. Once we got in, the associate sprayed everything down immediately from her previous client. The associate was very knowledgeable of the jewelry , and patiently assisted us. She also was very informative of care, deals, etc. This was my first experience and was a great one! I can’t wait to return and purchase more jewelry
