I was helped as soon as I entered the store. My visit was to clean my bracelets. The store manager and a district manager took care of me. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Millicent was very friendly, helpful, and patient. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora's options and what inventory the store had on hand. She also had kind things to say about the designs I was wearing.

Salesperson Chelsea was absolutely great. She helped me put together 2 amazing looks!
