Went in the store to make two bracelets from one The associate was very helpful and informative how to achieve my request She made me comfortable and interested in expanding the bracelets in the future

This was one of the best Pandora experiences I had. The store was very clean and well laid out for social distancing. Our associate was very welcoming and sweet. I told her what kind of charms I was looking for and she gave a broad selection with the exact descriptions I needed. She helped me and gave me options and other choices without making me feel like she was forcing a sale on me. It was such an amazing experience all around and I love my new charms!

This was the first time I have ever shopped in store at Pandora. I had a great experience, and they were really nice. There was a wide selection of options and found exactly what I was looking for.

The sales associate that helped me was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Her name was Latae S. She signed me up for a Pandora card and was very patient when I asked her to see many different things. She even have a conversation with me and made my shopping experience very successful and pleasant.
