I purchased my first Pandora Bracelet and charms online and I love them. I took advantage of your 35% off sale. My bracelet was too small so I called the Pandora store in Daytona Beach FL/Volusia Mall. When I called I spoke to Sophie. Not only was Sophie extremely helpful, friendly on the phone, but also in person. Hats off to Sophie who took the time to have me try on the right size bracelet and put the charms on my bracelet. The sales associate Chelsea was very helpful and patient and she was very knowledgeable about the product and gave great suggestions and made gift giving a lot easier for me with her great recommendations.
