Had what I was looking for and the associate was very helpful and courteous.

People working there were friendly. The store was very neat and clean. They were able to handle my exchange with no problems.

The store manager (Milly) was awesome. I'm from Atlanta and bought my bracelet there at Christmas. The Atlanta store gave me so little information but Milly was happy to fill me in. I loved her enthusiasm for the Pandora jewelry and I felt much better 'educated' when I walked out of her store.

Very good customer service, sales associates were friendly helpful and kind. The store was clean and neatly organized. And I love Pandora’s merchandise.

Salesperson was extremely friendly and went out of her way to locate the items I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the items was not in stock and I'll have to wait 6-8 weeks for its arrival at the store. I had to pay full price for this item beforehand, which I don't like. it should be deposit left for item or complete payment upon my receipt of item upon returning to store.

The location is convenient for me. The sales person has very good knowledge of the products they have in store. She was concerned that I received the charms that I wanted.
