The sales associates were very friendly as soon as I entered the store as they always are. Two of them worked together, one assisting the other to get the bracelet I wanted and to get the charms on it. The main associate that was helping me asked how I was doing and what did I do today. She spoke in a very sincere tone and then shared with me how she was doing and what she had done today before coming to work. She got me in and out very quickly.

I was greeted kindly as soon as I entered the store. I told the sales associate what I was looking for and was immediately taken care of. Upon check out as a sales associate was checking me out a coworker assisted in wrapping up my purchase. I thought the teamwork was fantastic

Although I was familiar with Pandora jewelry, this was my first in-store experience. My husband and I were helped by the store manager, Millicent, who gave us a very in-depth explanation of the merchandise and how to care for it. We left with a beautiful starter bracelet and three charms for our granddaughter's birthday. We were extremely happy with how knowledgeable and pleasant Millicent was and with our purchase. I'm already planning a return visit. Lots of space left to fill!!
