This was my first experience adding to my bracelet which was gifted to me a few months ago. The associates were knowledgeable and helpful in my selection. Taylor was available to answer my questions and pull charms as I requested to see a few different options.

There was two associates in the store and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to do business with. I was at the store on Saturday liked it and traveled 40 miles back to that store for my purchase on Monday morning.

I purchased two small rings that enclosed two hearts for my daughter when she gave birth to her first baby. This was our gift to her and our first grand baby. The outer ring had lost 4 little stones over the passed few months. The sales person exchanged it without any problems. My daughter plans to pass it down to her daughter when she is older.
