Chelsea did an excellent job - very friendly & helpful

I was very impressed with the help I received at the Pandora store in Daytona Beach Volusia Mall. The sales person Takeisha was very knowledgeable about the Pandora products. She was also very pleasant and made my experience at the store enjoyable and at the same time helpful. I hope someone takes the time to let Takeisha know how much of an asset that she is to both the store and the Pandora product line. Jeffrey Finn

I was highly satisfied for how fast I came in an left they had the best customer service I was greeted at the entrance an was helped looking for a charm for a Christmas present I really like how I had a choice between two an normally the sales person at other stores would try to pick the most expensive one well not this stuff they told me an their honest opinion which one was the best choice

Millicent, who I believe was the assistant manager of the Daytona store, helped me and my wife with a weak hasp on a bracelet we bought there. She was not table to fix it so she made arrangements to replace it with a new one. She was very friendly and professional.
