We were greeted by Millicent as we arrived to exchange a bracelet that was broken. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, worked with us to explore different options to address our concerns and was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. After having a bad experience at another Pandora location, Millicent was able to restore our satisfaction with Pandora during this visit and made us feel like valued customers again.

I had a issue with my bracelets and the gal was able to resolve my issue and made my bracelets wearable again!. I'm super satisfied and pleased with the service at this store.

I took my 84 year old Mom in for her birthday she had been real ill Millicent was wonderful with her she cleaned Moms things went out of her way to put the charms on the bracelet that we came in with and bought that day in just the right order to give the bracelet just the right look The store was busy and the manager went out of her way to come over and introduce herself to us and shake my hand it was just great and made my Moms day Thanks Pandora Volusia Mall you are great

I had a wonderful experience at the Pandora in the Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach, Florida! This was not my first time at this Pandora, and each time I have had a great experience, mainly because of the sales associates. During this shopping experience, I was taking advantage of the buy two products, get 25% off and buying charms for my mother. Takeisha Q. was the sales associate who immediately greeted me when I entered the store and helped me during the duration of my visit. She was very nice, friendly, and helpful! She answered all my questions and helped me pick out charms for my mother. I enjoyed my conversation with Takeisha and greatly appreciated all her help! I will be returning to this store in the near future!

I visited this Pandora store to take advantage of the buy two items, get 25% off sale and use my $10 off $100 discount code. I left very satisfied and feeling successful. Takeisha immediately greeted me when I entered the store and assisted me with my purchases. One of the items I wanted had to be purchased but she assisted me with that order so everything other than that went smoothly. She was very nice, friendly, and I enjoyed our encounter while I purchased items for myself and my mother. I would definitely return to purchase from this store.
