Pandora Jewelry

I am so happy there is a Pandora Store at the Volusia Mall! My most recent visit was wonderful and successful! Millicent instantly greeted me and helped me with my purchase, which was a birthday gift for my mother. She was extremely kind, patient, and pleasant to talk to. I really appreciated the full extent of her help; she would not just tell me about a charm I inquired about, but rather pulled out the Pandora catalog and showed me what the charm looked like, told me what it was called, offered to order anything that that store did not carry at the moment, etc. Millicent went above and beyond, and I left Pandora feeling accomplished and more happy than when I first walked in!

I love Pandora jewelry and I wanted to purchase a necklace. I got the spinning hearts one and it is lovely. The store was not busy, but during my shopping, it did get busy and the associate was very patient with me. The only thing that I wished they had those tarnish resistant bags to store my jewelry.

I was very happy with the way they help me in the store.

I knew what I wanted when I entered the store. The associate attending to my needs was very professional. She was very helpful in showing me how to open the clasp.

Representative was knowledgable about the items Ibwas looking for.

Have used this location many time. Their sister store in Orange City Fl. Is my other choice to do business. Have many pieces and chose a gift for a friend on this visit.
