Takeisha and her team are always welcoming and inviting. They greet every customer that enters the store whether they are with another customer or not. They exemplify excellent customer service and are knowledgeable and helpful in purchasing the Pandora brand merchandise.

I was trying to locate a charm that I was wanting and called your Store in Daytona Beach and Quynah was very helpful! She had the ones I wanted and had the Bracelet with Charms on it ready to pick up! I appreciate the extra care that she showed to me. She was friendly and knowledgeable!

Service was exceptional. The ONLY issue I'm having is that I PAID for a ring that no one can tell me if it can be ordered or not. How long does it take to find out if something can be ordered? Other than that. I have zero complaints.

I was returning a leather bracelet that brokewihin two weeks of purchase. I was helped by the manager who suggested a different bracket which she showed me would look better. She also helped me choose a new bead for the new bracelet and helped move my beads from the broken bracelet.
