your customer service on the phone to replace and exchange and fix charm has been outstanding. I really appreciate the amazing customer service on the phone the stores are always clean bright friendly it make you want to shop

This was my 3rd visit in 3 days working with Lindsey, Christina and then Chelsea. I learned something new on each visit with each associate and they were each patient as I made my choices, first without my current bracelet, then when I came in with everything to make my purchase and then holding my order so I could bring my daughter in and have her select something that was perfect just for her. I never felt rushed or like they were missing out on another sale while they worked with me. They engaged others as they entered the store while still making me feel like I was their number one focus. Great customer service all across the board!!

I went in the store to take advantage of the big 45% off sale! Even though I went to the store on the first day of the sale... many items I was interested were not available. However, I still found a few items both on sale and not on sale!

The staff is always bright, cheerful, knowledgeable and gracious whether one is spending "a little, or a lot"! I walk the Volusia Mall several times a week for a cardio workout, and I must admit, I window shop at Pandora's and forget about my goals(for a few minutes) as I say, "Oh, I love this one too"!
