The lady who help me was very nice. She was knowledgeable of the products and she even helped me with picking out something for my wife.

I've been wanting a charm bracelet from Pandora for a while now, and I finally got to get one that I'm really happy with! I can't wait to add more charms to it! There were a couple employees who greeted us and approached us as soon as we entered. Once I decided on the charm bracelet, a salesperson helped us out right away. She showed us my bracelet options and helped me find one that I liked. Then she showed us all of the charms that I could choose from. I was definitely overwhelmed by all the options, especially since I was only choosing one today, and I'm also a picky person; but she was really nice about it and patient with me. I walked out happy with my purchase!

My first time in a Pandora store and it's absolutely beautiful. The sales lead Nicole was very attentive and highly educated on the products. She was a joy to shop with.

Workers always helpful and patient

When I approached the entry I was greeted immediately and allowed in. The sale person who let me in was helping another customer and quickly had another sales associate come to help me. The sales associate, Laura, who helped me was so patient and kind and knowledgeable of the rings I tried on.

She was really helpful and took her time with us. I loved that she did not rush us at all. She was very kind.

I went in to make my first ever Pandora purchase. The store was immaculate and well stocked. Vanessa, the sales associate, was very friendly and patient while I tried on all kinds of ring combinations. I am already planning what to buy next!

Availability of product at this store was superior to other stores nearby. Associates knew product well.

Jennifer was knowledgeable and patient with me and made the exchange process a pleasure. I was gifted items that were not the right fit for me, and she took time to help me find the right options, while providing confident and relevant feedback. I don't often visit Pandora but this year my family members gifted me quite a few Pandora charms. Jennifer made me feel welcome and didn't treat me like a number, and I really appreciate that because I struggle with option overwhelm. I will definitely be visiting this store again in the future.
