I was highly satisfied with my visit today because I got a warm welcome into the store, and was greeted by a very kind associate that asked," is their anything I can help you with today." I was greatly appreciated that she was free and could help me. The store was very clean and was well taken care of. All the jewelry was very clean you could not even see any spec of dust on them. My visit was the most unforgettable because I came out with two charms and they had little jewelry boxes for people that have birthdays July-August and no one in my family has a birthday between these two months, but our associate gave my daughter a jewelry box that was battling cancer and she was very happy, it made her day.

I had been shopping for a mom/daughter gift combo and got no "love" at the expensive anchor stores and was treated like I was only going to spend $20, not worth their time. I gave up on the bigger stores and went to the Roseville Galleria Pandora Store. The young saleswoman, Melissa, was a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and genuinely interested in my finding the perfect two gifts. I settled on the very pretty round, rainbow colored mother of pearl "charm/pendant" and pink leather necklaces. They were exactly what I knew the recipients would LOVE... and they did! I thought about checking one other store and then decided Melissa was so helpful and fun to talk to that I "settled" on what I really wanted, your stuff. She is a very good salesperson and I will tell anyone to go see her for their jewelry needs. So the other stores missed out because I spent $258 not the $20 they assumed! Thanks a bunch and send some "love" to Melissa, she made all the difference.
