All of Pandora’s jewelry is high in quality, exquisite and reasonably priced. The sales associates in this Pandora store were very nice, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I really enjoyed shopping at this Pandora store and make it my must stop at store on my way home from Reno.

As a owner of quality retail store of high end product. I was on a mission to find something special for my wife. Melissa was very kind and with listining my thoughts on what to get. She knew exactally where to find what I needed. She wasnt pushy and her Manager was there to support her reccomendations. They set the bar on how I will train my team,

While I was making my purchase the manager of the store called my "name" and asked if I did receive an ornament. I said no, and she proceeded to get one for me. Wow that is customer service. This is a big mall and she see tons of customers and did remember my name. Will be back ten folds.
