The associates were friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. I was very pleased with my purchase and the quality of it.

The staff was very knowledgeable of the product and very honest. I have just become allergic to sterling silver and the gentleman who was helping me suggested that if i clean them with a cloth that might help. I appreciated that suggestion so much i came back two days later to purchase the earrings that i was looking at.

Sales associates were pleasant and willing to work with us and show us the merchandise. They were informative and patient. I had a great experience.

The staff at this store are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They're super friendly, and even remember who I am between visits. I especially love that they're never pushy; they may mention other products that they might interest me, but they never push me to buy more than I came for. I really appreciate that!

The staff were with us as soon as we walked into the store, and fetched the trays we wanted straight away. They had high knowledge of what charms they had, and which ones they recommended, and which ones were new. They were all just really helpful. Couldn’t fault at all.
