The bracelet I got for my daughter was too small. When we went to the store to exchange it, there was no hassle. It was easy to get what we needed.

The sales person that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable of the products. She introduced me to a number of items that I was not aware of. She took her time with me, and patiently showed me many variations for my bracelets. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience.
