I went in to exchange a ring for a different size.I was attended to timely by a friendly,knowledgable associate.No fuss.I saw that there was a sale on and I made a purchase.I am a frequent customer to this store and I believe I will be for a while in the future.I am always pleased and satisfied with the service.

Called the store looking for a charm. Talked to Laura she said that they have it in stock and would put in on hold for me if I was going to the store today. When I got there the items were ready and transaction was done so quick.
