The sales associate, Kristen G, was amazing. Very patient with my questions. Extremely helpful with ideas of how to put the charms together. Also introduced me to a new product that I can't wait to purchase at my next visit.

I was promptly greeted when I entered the store and was able to get the help I need. Even though I was just coming in to see what could be done about a stone that fell out the I was treated well and got my new ring from a nice girl named Nicole.

I was very pleased with the associate 104527 (I forgot her name) who helped me during this transaction.

I went to this location on Sunday, all of the sales whoever helped me were very nice to me. Normally, the sales who work at Pandora always mean to the customers, but the sales in this location were very nice. they helped me to find whatever I want. I feel so welcome at this location. all of the sales were very knowledgeable. Even though I did not find exactly I want, but they helped me find the similar item. I am so happy about my shopping experience.
