I had bought 2 items from Amazon, I just went in for verification. With mindset if these 2 were fakes, I'd buy 2 items. But the Ladies proved they were real, so I was inspired to purchase 1 from the store. Very nice these 2 Ladies prompt and polite.

Was my first time there, the salesperson,Melissa N was very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions being that it was my first time, Melissa was very patient and knowledgeable.

The selections were available and displayed nicely. The customer service was great. I see more things I'm going to go back to get and had missed them online.

The sales associate was really friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and she made it easy for me to make my purchase by giving me all the details concerning the jewelry. She never made it feel uncomfortable for me buying as a Black women, and I appreciated her kindness. I will definitely make more purchases on the future since my first experience at Pandora was so great!
