I went it ito exchange a bracelet for a different size. I was greeted right away. The sales associated was very helpful in getting me the correct size. I also purchased a new charm. In and out in less than 15 minutes...

One of the rings I purchases lost a stone.I told Laura and she pulled out a tray and exchanged it.No questions asked.She greeted us with a smile and said to come back if there was any issues with any of the merchandise. Totally satisfied.

The manager and Jenn know me and treat me very well when I go in ! I’m always pleased. The only sad part about my last visit is that the store was out of the two items I wanted but of course I ended up finding something that I liked! Ha ha
