Hello, I have a friend that had a Pandora bracelet that i just loved' so my fiance bought me one for my Birthday recently. I had to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size and purchased a few more charms. The lady who assisted me there at the store was so sweet and very helpful... she didn't hurry me up or felt i was taking to much time to decide what i wanted. I will be going back for sure to purchase other items.

I constantly go to this store and I’ve never had a bad experience. The store is eye catching and easy to move around. I don’t feel pressured into buying things. And the ladies are SUPER sweet!

Jen the assistant manager was more than welcoming coming into the store for my first time. Being my first time in the store she gave me all the information I needed to know about braclet options, charm options, and how it all works. After a lot of consideration and the number of choices, I was able to purchase my first pandora bracelet and my first charm!
