The sales associated performed their job and only that. No one went above and beyond their job description. I am not HR and I should not be the one giving a job performance review. I do not get paid to perform reviews!!!

Lack of merchandise. Lack of friendliness. Better sales and discounts

Love the charms

One of the items was not in stock so I will have to visit another store and make another purchase at a different location. But the staff were great in looking up and locating where I have to go.. may just order online for convenience instead

I was not satisfied that the lines did not move faster.

I had no troubles at this store, the ladies working here were friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. I tend to be a very indecisive shopper so sometimes I can be a bit of a pain but the lady who was showing me merchandise was very patient and understanding.

I enjoyed looking at the vast selection. As well, I found it extremely helpful that the associate knew the prices. Lastly, I felt very comfortable since I was having problems with my card, and I didn't feel rushed.

One of the sales associates had a loud inappropriate outburst it was about one of the hand held registers had problems. It was not my sales associate Sharon but it startled everyone n the store.

I was able to find the items I like

Although I was satisfied with my trip, I find that many pandora employees are fully aware of the items in their inventory. The charm I was looking for was not on display and the associate had to search for it and was not aware they even had this particular charm. Overall, very fast return and kind associate that was very helpful.
