I really wanted the ring for my ring finger but my ring finger is a size 5.5 and you don’t sell half sizes. I ended up getting it for my middle finger.

One item was not discounted at initial transaction. Causing item to be returned and rung back then be credited back into account

only the prices are higher than others

We have to go to another location to finish the purchase. For me and my bridesmaids, I want the same ring but two in size 7 and two in size 9. This visit we got two of the rings and reserved the other two at another location.

I was charged for leather bracelets when I spent almost 4 hundred dollars. I will be returning the leathers bracelets and will rethink my purchases from Pandora.

Staff was informative and knowledgable. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The lack of inventory in this location isn’t customer oriented.

One sales associate was busy with other customer and did not even acknowledge us and after around 10 minuets another sales associate came and helped us.

Had a birthday gift exchange. Brought item for exchange with gift receipt. Was told by associate she didn’t know if that receipt would work because it was from a different store. What? Why provide gift receipt for exchange if there are going to be issues. Will never purchase pandora as gift for someone. Can’t trust return would be handled correctly or right price paid for gift would be refunded. Very disappointing.

The sales person is not really friendly
