Tried .. to make an exchange... which was not easy the machine would not read the bar code ... and sales associate was not helpful or friendly......

I was very satisfied when I was charged for the leather bracelets, even though I met the promotional requirements. Therefore, I will be returning the leather bracelets and may shop Pandora less frequently.

Sales associate very rude and impatient. Expressed annoyance when asking to look at a charm. She made it obvious that she didn’t want to serve us. She acted surprised when it came to purchase, like she thought we couldn’t afford it. She was the worst Pandora associate we’ve encountered. Thankfully we know that it’s not the norm.

I've been going to the Roseville, CA Pandora store for over 5 years. Arrived at the store that did not have any customers waiting. Sales Leader, Nicole did not acknowledge my presence and had to request for her assistance. Purchased two charms which she placed in one box. I requested two separate boxes at which time she shrugged. Body language is important when in a customer service position. Upon check out and gave my bag and did not even say "THANK YOU". Informed her that she was Welcome and Thank You would have been appreciated after my purchase. She proceeded to tell me that she works 70-80 hrs./week and she's tired. Well, most of us do have to work for a living in order to go out and purchase items for gifts and I am also tired however, still go out shopping for the Holiday Season. Please let your associates know that Customer Service, proper acknowledgments are a must in their line of work.

I'm very diasappointed in the new return/exchange policy. I also feel the quality of the bracelets and charms are not what they were when the company first opened.

Me and my boyfriend went to the Pandora Roseville Galleria branch. We understand that we came 30 minutes before closing time, but we expected to have good customer service. The Associate who helped us (Sharon B) was somewhat irritated that they just did inventory and she couldn’t locate the jewelry we were asking for. It took her some time to find the pendant, with a help of her coworker. She was kinda rude and didn’t want to bother attitude when we ask her we want to pair it with a necklace. Unfortunately, the necklace we wanted was out of stock and told us to go to Swarovski instead, or if I have a necklace at home to pair it with. It was totally rude and I definitely didn’t enjoy my shopping experience. It was sad because I keep coming back to this store to purchase my charms, and that today was a special day for me and my boyfriend celebrating our anniversary and sharing it with Pandora, but like I said, we didn’t have the customer service we expected. I think that the management needs to train their employees to have good customer service, if they don’t want to lose customers.

I’ve been to the Arden location, they’re always friendly and offer to clean my bracelets. I asked Nicole and immediately said no because it’s busy. When we left it wasn’t busy anymore. We bought 4 items, she didn’t even bag it. I had to ask for it. I like the Arden Mall staff better. They treat me more like a valued customer and even give me a small box for my purchase. I’d like to have a good Christmas shopping experience. I was there last year Christmas season as well and wasn’t very satisfied. I expected different this year. I will not come back to your store. I’m going to stick to where I usually buy my charms at the Arden Mall. Nicole on the other hand was just ready to send me out their store. There was a greeter Who took our name and she was very friendly. I wish she was the one that helped me.
