The charm I wanted was sold out but the associate found it on a display and was able to sell it to me yay!

The associate who was helping me was very kind. She actually helped me a few weeks ago as well. It was busy when I was in there today. I was created when I came in and told I would be helped shortly. Which I was. I never felt rushed when speaking to the associate or like they were too busy to help. Everyone I have ever spoken to at this store has been incredibly helpful and kind. Which I really appreciate.
