I bought my granddaughter a ring for her birthday in November and it broke. She was asked numerous questions like do you wear the ring In the Shower which she said I take all my jewelry off. They were shocked how it fell apart but did replace it with a n issue . Thank you for your fabulous customer service.

I brought it a bracelet to have charms put on it and have it cleaned and they couldn’t do it. Also, we spent more than $200 and when I got home I saw an advertisement that said I could have received a free bracelet. I didn’t receive it. I’ve called the store 3 times this morning and no one is answering the phone.
