My experience at Pandora in Great Lakes Mall was fantastic. Going in I had no idea what I wanted but Melinda was so kind and offered amazing advice. She helped me and was knowledgeable in the product. Melinda was a joy and she did it with a smile the entire time.

Pandora has the most adorable and beautiful jewelry. The employees are friendly and efficient. Very nice experience.

Cassandra C was very helpful in assisting me finding a charm for my bracelet. She also assisted me in trying on rings, even though I didn't buy one. She took her time with me, very friendly, fast, and answered my questions.

The ladies working there were absolutely wonderful. They both had an immense amount of knowledge about the products. They recommended products I might like and up coming products that might be of interest.

Amy was absolutely wonderful! She helped me twice (because I am extremely indecisive lol) in selecting what charms I wanted and she even put my necklace together to see how it looked and showed me different ways and options on how I could wear it! I won’t go to any other Pandora due to Amy going above and beyond and really just making you feel like she loves her job and enjoys helping design beautiful creations! Thank you Amy and Cassandra for helping us figure the whole thing out!

The customer service was outstanding and the helpful suggestions. The merchandise was available and the customer service throughout the sale never change when the other pandoraian was free she came over to even offer more assistance we helpful suggestions

My husband and I visited the store in Mentor, OH. He wanted to surprise me with a gift. We both love Star Wars so of course we knew what we wanted. The young lady admitted she has never seen the movies. She went ahead with helping us and still did an outstanding job!! She’s a good example of just giving good customer service! She surprised me when she knew exactly which ones I liked when I ask for the by name. She did so good using her product knowledge even if she had not seen the movies. She was extremely pleasant. :)
