Scott took care of me, his knowledge and recommendations were “AWESOME”. Scott also clean two bracelets for me, they sparkle unlike any service I’ve had in three States( Arizona, Alabama &Ohio). This man answered questions for his assistant. Scott is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Thanks

Cassandra helped me with returning my bracelet that I purchased online for the correct size. She also helped me pick out and replace charms from a lost bracelet.

The store was pretty much empty so as soon as i walked in i received immediate assistance.

The customer service at this location is very professional. The atmosphere was inviting. The selection was ok but that could be that I was interested in what was on sale at the time. I will return to this location soon.
