I got multiple items that were supposed to be a percentage off, after reviewing my receipt I realized that I paid full price for everything, will be returning due to this, I don’t like that I was led to believe one thing and it turned out to be something different.

Customer service was great. She was very helpful. Very patient with me.

The sales person was friendly and it did not take long for our purchase.

The experience was great.

I was on crutches and in pain but decided to stop because there finally wasn't a line. The sales rep finished up with her current customers, fitted me had my purchase typed up and boxed and I was hobbling out of the door within 20 minutes!!

I got an old bracelet cleaned.

The sales associate was very funny and professional. My daughter and I cannot wait to go back and make another purchase. Also, I can’t wait until you guys have another sale.
