The sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain to me the store’s warranty for their charms, recommended that the cleaning solution and how to use it so that my charms can in good condition abs even helped me looked at other charms. There was a little bit of a wait, so apologized for that as well. It was a great experience in that store.

This was honestly my first time in Pandora. Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The merchandise was very organized in such a way you can walk around and see each thing you may be looking for.
