The two women at the store were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They fixed my clasp for me and shined up my bracelet. Then recommended and helped me find the perfect safety chain to ensure I don't lose any of my precious charms :) The store was pristine as always and I left with a big smile. Overall a great experience!

The associate at the store helped me with my return from an online order. Also helped me navigate sale items flawlessly. She was knowledgable of in stock items and was not to over bearing.
