Great service, offered to clean my jewelry, patient and care putting my charms in order before and after cleaning, assisted with shopping for new piece and where to wear it e.g., my bracelets or necklace, smooth exchange with broken bracelet.

I walked and was greete the store was very clean and well organized. The sales associate was very polite and patient. She made sure I got exactly wat I was looking for. If I didn’t see it out she looked for it for me in other places. She helped me with the app I was using to pay for my items. I love that store wasn’t crowed I’ll recommend that store to everyone.

Customer service was extremely excellent, Ray was very attentive and friendly. I was able to make purchases as well as cleaning for my bracelets. No problems with any of my services.
