Lauren was absolutely amazing! I was in a rush and she took care of everything I needed quickly. I have never been as satisfied shopping at Pandora as I was when Lauren helped me.

Nicholas was vey knowledgeable about the merchandise. Merchandise was organized and easy to look at everything. Store was very clean and I felt safe.

I only go to this location, they always have what I’m looking for in stock. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. The store is clean, the staff do wipe down, and they follow the distancing rules, so the the store is never crowded.

I visited the mentor store in the great lakes mall looking for rings. Nicholas S helped me and was very friendly! He was great at putting rings together! I’m very happy with my purchase and the friendly staff!
