I walked into the store completely set on getting charms for my bracelet and Lewis B not only gave great, fast and efficient customer service he also made me realize what I truly wanted which was a beautiful ring I’ve been having my eye on for a year or two now! I’m extremely grateful for his help

The sales associate is the same person I would see everytime going into the mentor location she knows me by name now and always doing such a great job assisting me and she is very friendly

I'm in love with Pandora. I don't even live in Ohio I live in Michigan and I still made a purchase at Pandora. I went in the store for one thing and came out with a purchase of two items. Talk about loving Pandora. This will be one of my mine jewelry stores.
