When we first walked into the store right away we were greeted by a friendly associate. It was very easy to find what i was looking for and Katherine was very helpful!

I had a stone fall out of a ring purchased at christmas time from my boyfriend. We did not have the receipt but we did have out email in file and were given a replacement no questions asked and informed of the repair replacement policy on all our purchases thus far.

I went in to purchase a snake chain necklace in rose gold and was informed the store didn't carry them. The sales associate showed me other options and I found a necklace and pendant that I was happy with as well as a bracelet. I'll order my snake chain online.

The staff at Great Lakes is amazing, the sales associate was awesome, the store manager was also very helpful. Beautiful store!!
